Terms & Conditions – Europort 2025 Giveaway

1. Promoter
This giveaway is organized by Zephyr Group, with registered office at Zephyr Group srl , Via Privata O.T.O. 10, 19136 -La Spezia.

2. Eligibility
Open to all visitors aged 18 or over attending Europort 2025. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible. 

3. How to Enter

Register for Europort 2025 using the code NTWO000394MCJ. Registrations made before 15 October 2025 with this code will also benefit from free entrance to the fair. Registrations made after 15 October 2025 using the code will still be valid for the giveaway, but the standard entrance fee to the fair will apply. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

4. Prize
One Samsung Tablet will be awarded. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries. The draw will take place at Europort 2025 – Hall 7, Booth 7045.

6. Data Protection

7. Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries. Complaints regarding this giveaway may be submitted in writing to marketing@zephyr-group.eu.

8. Applicable Law

This Giveaway is organized in connection with Europort 2025, taking place in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, and is subject to the Dutch Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance.
