Zephyr Group brings together Zephyr, Skandiaverken, PK OEM parts, Carl Baghun Hamburg, Twinco and Carl Baghun Baranquilla to create the leading independent distributor of engine spare parts.
Stocking almost € 40 million worth of engine spares, turbocharger and engine room equipment, also providing technical service, overhauling and reconditioning, we keep building strong business relationships all over the world.
The Group
Zephyr has grown into a global leader in diesel and gas engine components through strategic acquisitions. It became a group in 2018 by acquiring Skandiaverken, which had already united Kincaid (Scotland) and Echevarria (Spain). A 2021 majority investment by DeA Capital supported a further expansion, including the acquisition of PK Oem Parts (Netherlands).
In 2024, Zephyr broadened its reach by integrating Twinco (Singapore), established in 1994 and specializing in diesel engine spare parts for marine and power plant industries in Asia-Pacific, and Carl Baguhn (Hamburg), a century-old company focused on maintenance, repair, and sales of diesel and gas engine components. Carl Baguhn also operates in Central and South America through its Barranquilla subsidiary in Colombia, active since the early 2020s.
